  I like this shop. The staff are quite friendly and are always helpful. Generally they get what i ask for in a reasonable timeframe and the price compares well nationwide whenever I've checked. There been the odd problems, and these things happen, but they've always done the right thing and tried to make it right.

  They found the punctured tube was the wrong size and they made sure they got it right with a smaller tube. I bought a pair of gloves and boots while I waited. The boots were cheaper than internet prices.

  Was in Darwin on business today and called in to look at two specific bikes. I explained that I lived outside Australia so wouldn’t be buying but would like to sit on the two bikes side by side. The staff at the shop could not have been more helpful or informative , spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the two bikes, let me sit for some time on each bike and gave me brochures. Truly outstanding service, so good I couldn’t leave without buying something, I needed new gloves and sunglasses so got the credit card out as they had a great selection of both.
