  Could not recommend this company more. Excellent Property Management and the staff are extremely professional. We currently lease a property through Absolute, our Property Manager Fiona has been incredibly helpful, and proactive throughout our current tenancy. Now with the stress of moving to a smaller home, I have called and spoken with Monique in the office on a number of occasions. She has been really polite, professional, enthusiastic and helpful each time by answering my inquiries and forwarding on their listings, as well as their leasing managers contact details. Roy has been extremely helpful and patient with us in this process, and has met us on a number of occasions at different properties, he has gone above and beyond for us. We are now moving into our second home managed by Absolute and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Fiona, Monique & Roy

  They are good, strong and reliable. My property manager Monique was really good, nice and understanding. She deserves an award for this, she listens to all complains and take quick actions. I really enjoyed my stay and was so lucky to have her as my property manager. Sarah also did a good job. The absolute real estate team are stong, realiable and always there to help.

  Take the military clause off your contract so defence personnel will not go through financial hardship.

  It is obvious the only factor is the landlord without any type of Relationship with the tenant nor the cost to the tenant.

  Then when i made a lower offer they put it to the owner with no hesitation and got back to me that day. they were totally professional from the start to the finish. Any repairs needed were dealt with when asked i have been dealing with the team for over two years and have nothing but praise for the staff who have been great. if you want a pain free experience these are the people to see. my bond was paid straight into my bank no fuss. i will be using them in the future for my investment property. Thank you Fiona, Jacqui and the whole team

  If I could leave zero stars I would. Michelle is great, but it stops there. We had multiple problems with these people. And the problems weren't minor ones. Eg, after tenants told our manager they were leaving she never responded. Tenants had no option but to leave the keys in the letterbox. Manager had no idea. One of our workmen went around to service the aircon and found the place broken into and empty. We asked her to arrange for everything to be fixed and cleaned up. Nothing got fixed or cleaned up! We went there 2 weeks later wondering why no one was interested in renting it and found broken glass still all over the floor and other problems that she was supposed to fix. But they were showing potential tenants through this! They didn't care! The pool went green and the garden went overgrown. We had paid for the pool and garden to be perfect but she didn't arrange for either to be maintained! So we had to pay for it all again a second time. The list goes on and on. The staff they had on our property were at the height of incompetence and when we caught them out, over and over, they tried to cover up their negligence with unscrupulous behaviour. Do not trust this company with your rental property! We lived in the same area thank goodness, so we could keep checking on them and what they were doing wrong. If you live interstate and use them, expect your property to go into disarray and lose value as their systems and processes mean there's no consistency in who's looking after your property, so it just doesn't get looked after! Especially in between tenancies. And it will cost you so much extra. Don't trust them! Michelle, the saleswoman who will first speak to you is brilliant, but then you'll not get to deal with her again. You'll be sorry if you trust them, please don't waste your time and money.
