  They aways scan my item too late in the day for my customer to pick up till next day. I use Express Post to get my item there as soon as possible

  My package traveled across australia in 4 days to then sit in winnnellie for a week before finally getting shipped to k-town which is only 3 hours drive away. Absolutely pathetic.

  Shipping live insects, reduced travel time is essential. They don't give a hoot. Can't give them no stars unfortunately.

  Either get more staff on or train your staff to serve more efficiently. Put you off ever going there. I had to leave to get back to work after waiting for 10 minutes in the line with the line not even moving! Very disappointing!

  The amount of times I've been to Winnelli for no reason other than utter incompetence is staggering. It's tough for me to get there with my work hours but that's life and we make it happen only to be turned away and walk out empty handed time and time again for too many different reasons to list. The first 5-6 times I restrained myself thinking 'I won't take it out on the girls it might not be their fault, they could be being let down by a weak link somewhere along the line.' But today I had to express my dissatisfaction and in an unprecedented display of efficiency from an Aus Post employee she handed me the 1,3 number to follow up my complaint with. Wasting more time with idiots who couldn't care less was not really the answer I was looking for, simply being able to pick up my mail without a hassle EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. would be massive help to me and the missus.

  worst customer service- i have experiences of delivery people leaving my post on the door while no one was home and marking it off as signed...also missed 2x parcels in the last month after making a complaint about people leaving it at the door. made a complaint to aus post nothing has been done...going to lodge one with Ombudsman

  I would like to mention that now coming to this post office for the past 3 months, they have been slow, understaffed no sense of urgency when there is a whole line of customers waiting. It's ridiculous ..it's a business hub not a little corner shop! Slowest post office I had ever come to!
