  I have given the owner, Richard many opportunities to speak with us, and to come up with a solution, unfortunately, he has stated that "unless someone makes me" I wont fix it. his arrogance and poor business acumen is going to force us to take him to the tribunal for basically what is a small repair job. Very sad, and totally unprofessional.

  Initially they agreed to amend the issue - now has gone back on his word and cancelled the fix appointment 1 business day prior, I took 2 days off work to be here for the agreed repairs to take place.

  NT Tap & drain had advised us that the whole house needs to be re-plumbed the pipes are that old that they will all need to be replaced. We got a few quotes and NT Tap and drain then agreed to beat the competition. 6 months later we have a leak, Deceitfully in the fine print of his quote Cold piping was mentioned. Although every discussion we had was that the WHOLE house will be fixed we will have ALL new pipes and no concerns of leaking for 30-50 years.

  I had a hot water unit in my home that needed to be replaced and I phoned tap and drain doctor who were able to give me a good deal on replacing the unit and were also competitive. Very happy with the work done and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

  We had a Solar hot water system installed. We found dealing with Tap and Drain doctor to be quiet stressful and frustrating. They didn’t complete the job (the removal of the old gravity system), The valuable party was taken (recycled copper) and the tank was left on the roof. I took several months and a lot of phone calls for them to come and remove the tank. The only leverage I could use was to not settle the account until it had been removed.

  What makes this company stand above most dodgy companies, is the Director is the chairman of the licencing Board, so, He knows every trick in the book to get out of his obligations.

  When a director tells you, I will fix it when someone tells me to, shows his level of contempt towards his clients. Be very wary of anything this person tells you. Not to be trusted.
