  Always good service however recently with their price increases I found them expensive. Over $550+ for 2 hrs work unblocking a drain. $120 call out fee - overall close to $300 per hour it worked out at.

  Extremely disappointed with this company. Asked for someone to come out and look at a hammering problem, I clarified on the phone that there would be no charge for this as I had already spent a lot of money on the problem. The person I spoke to on the phone said that there would be no charge to view and quote to repair the problem. Today I received a $100 call out fee for this 'free quote'. When I called to discuss this the lady I spoke to on the phone just kept repeating 'it is a chargeable visit'. I have no intention of paying a call out fee when I was told categorically that there would be no charge when I organised it.

  Now I need to find another plumber as the problem has come back. Don't be fooled by the nice guy who might come to quote the job. If you don't follow up straight away they still want to make money out of you however they can. Wouldn't trust this business at all. Probably best I received the invoice only days before I was going to call them to book in. A good warning sign NOT to use them.

  Called more than 6 weeks ago for gas regulator leak and faulty hot water system. Was charged just under $300 to have a non-compliant regulator fitted and no resolution for hot water. Re-reported hot water fault to Rinnai who sent these guys out again. Another just under $200 to have my hot water fault confirmed (yes, CONFIRMED, not FIXED)! After paying to have the exact fault I reported be confirmed, I then had to chase them with a couple of phone calls, only to be told they were working on quotes to get the hot water system fixed, but I haven't heard a single thing from them in two weeks!! One call to the top google rated plumber in Darwin had a compliant regulator re-fitted and the whole hot water system fixed in less than 48 hours ...
