    A year and a half and still no professionally fitted shutter. From the moment it was installed it was just wrong, not mitered corners they were gapped the frame was bent and the shutters rubbed and when we reported it their installer stated that is just how they are. Still not satisfied we repeatedly reported it till finally it was admitted to be wrong but they it still took another 6 months to get anyone to do anything about it. Finally it was removed and we were so happy that we might get the product we wanted, no such luck still no shutter. So many excuses and still no product, Totally discussed in the supply, product, customer service and after support of Straitline Blinds. Would not recommend them to anyone BUYER BEWARE.
