  Awesome variation in both protein and veggies. If I did it myself I would be eating the same mix of meat and veg for a week. With the meals I get variation and they are precisely measured so I know exactly how much to eat.

  That was 2 years ago and I still order them. I eat with the family most nights unless they are having something I know won’t agree with me, then I just heat a meal. I always have one of the meals at lunch because it gives me loads of veggies and the right amount of protein to keep me going all afternoon.

  Aussie Mesl Prep have been fabulous for me. I have suffered all sorts of symptoms from all sorts of food over the years ranging from additives keeping me awake at night to full blown asthma attacks!

  I tried it for a few weeks, and I was happy enough with the meals, but I was not able to use reuseable containers, which meant that the only option was single-use plastic containers, so I was obliged to find another service provider that was able to use reuseable containers.

  You can freeze them and defrost them when you need them - I prefer to have them fresh but I do keep some backups in the freezer!
