    - dropping the annex, just by pulling on the zipper the whole way around

The cars were very good though and were a smooth drive, also not to hard to drive. The car comes with a fridge that is very good and keeps things cold. It also has a very large boot to carry luggage and any food or other objects. The seats were nice and had lots of leg space in the back and front passenger.

The tent in its entirety is quite good with sleeping arrangements and space, but another thing is that 3 out of 4 tents had a broken main zipper at the bottom. LOW QUALITY!!!

    2. We had the engine warning light on as soon as we pulled out of the lot and it was on the whole time. Called the support who were helpful and told us not to worry. However, would be better if the cars were properly serviced each time. It did make us a bit anxious.

As I said before the tent wasn't very practical with travel, but is also not very practical with set up. The top of the tent pops off but it is held down by a cover that zips and slides to get out and also another set of straps on the sides. After that was down you had to zip up the annex on the bottom which you had to be at least 5'9 to do comfortably because it is so high. Once that was done you had to prop up the windows by attaching these pieces of metal that had a large hook on the end which would link into a hole on the outside flap, this design would 90% of the time fail first try. Also if you can't climb onto the roof of the car most tasks can be near to impossible.

This process took 4 people (after 2 weeks) 15 minutes to do.

Very professional company, very clean and well kept van. The only suggestion I would offer is the staff to give more advice about need for a fan due to the heat and mosquito repellent

The tent that is provided is quite big on the inside with 4 people, but if you're travelling with 5 then I would not suggest having that set up, but perhaps buy a small tent as well. The sleeping bags were obviously not washed and had bed bugs in them, also the mattress at the top of the tent was pretty comfortable but would get sand and dirt stuck in it, and obviously wasn't properly cleaned because in a side pocket of the tent was a used ear bud that had been left there from when britz workers ''cleaned'' it.

    4. Generally there is not a lot of information about conditions at the caravan parks so it was difficult to plan ahead - especially with three campers. We did however manage to get sites each night without too much hassle but again seemed to be unnecessary stress.

When you pack up this tent it is easier

    3. They give us the 15 or so keys in a big bunch. We tried on average 5.7 keys each time before we could find the right one. Why they don't label them is beyond me.

I was travelling around the Northern Territory and we had hired a britz 4WD car with a rooftop tent. It was very practical when you were travelling and having everything paced with you all the time but, if you wanted to travel anywhere and stay at a particular site that you had stayed at the night before, you have to pack up the whole tent and then when you arrive back at the site you have to pack down the whole tent again. Although Britz gives you many food prep and kitchen things such like a: table, pots/pans, bowls, cups, plates, teatowels, camping stoves and gas cylinders; you have to replace the cylinders and the stove would break nearly every time you would use it.

    1. Despite warning us it takes an hour to pick up a campervan, the staff took 2.5hours for us to pick up three campervans - primarily because rather than helping us all at once, they thought it better to do the walkthrough one at a time. Made us late to our first tour in Kakadu.

We rented three campervans and overall had an awesome five day trip through Kakadu and Litchfield. Would make the following negative comments, although overall the experience was a good one:
