  Just called to book our VW Golf for a service and was told we have to register with Barramundi Group before we can book our car for a service?? Wow anyone would think we were opening a bank account with them. Didn't have to do this in Queensland with any dealer.

  The in-dash screen/entertainment system failed about 6 months later which was blamed on the heat and essentially not their problem. I bought the car in Darwin, parked it in a ventilated garage and somehow this is the cause for the issue.

  Was originally offered finance at something like 11% interest. Argued for a while and was told 9% was the lowest they could go.

  Paid almost 3k for Car Care or Paint Protection whatever they call it and they cheaply waxed over the scratches and water spots on the brand new car I'd just spend 30k on. Took it to a detailer around the corner for about $600 the next week who was shocked at how they'd butchered the job.
