  When discussing the faulty service with one of the staff they suggested I should have them in again and pay even more money to have them come back more frequently. Keep in mind our pest method which was a quarter of their price was very effective and controlled the pest issue within 2 days.

  I had previously tried 3 other companies in our attempt to get rid of the cockroaches, never having much success, even after a second treatment. Flick has been the most successful treatment, and they have a 3 month warranty so when the creatures didn't completely disappear after 6 weeks, they came back to spray again without a problem. The treatment seems to be working now. The team is very friendly and helpful, every one I spoke to was very supportive and responded swiftly to my queries. Prices are very good too. Highly recommended.

  The second time they did the 15 minute application which is at a cost of over $200 the pests seemed worse the following days/week after so we had to pay for our own pest control that we applied ourselves which then curbed the problem.

  On top of that, they went to an employee and told them I had asked them to arrange another service (at my expense) which was a lie. The purpose of communication with my staff was intended as a discussion on the service report from there very expensive and ineffective pest control.
